Acquiring and developing leading companies within niche markets

Bergman & Beving is a company group that specialises in acquiring and developing leading companies within niche markets that provide productive, safe, and sustainable solutions to the industrial and construction sectors.

We are committed to long-term ownership and strive to create value through sustainable development, growth, and profitability. Our solutions are geared towards industrial and construction companies and are aimed at achieving market leadership within their respective niches. The Nordic region is known for its innovative solutions in areas such as productivity, safety, and sustainability, and our solutions align with these high standards.

We aim to acquire companies that fit our business model and see ourselves as an attractive buyer, not just in terms of monetary value, but also through our value-creating "toolbox" of competence, experience and resources - together with our long-term approach are important parts of our added value.

Bergman & Beving, a company with a turnover of around SEK 5 billion and around 1300 employees, offers a diverse range of strong niche solutions. While our main market is the Nordics, we have a presence in over 5000 sales outlets and distributors across 25 countries. Our group is divided into three divisions: Building Materials, Workplace Safety, and Tools & Consumables. Acquisitions are a key part of our growth strategy and we focus on acquiring profitable, market-leading companies in niche areas.
