How Bergman & Beving governs the sustainability work:
§Board of Directors; establishes Group-wide sustainability goals, is responsible for the sustainability strategy and Code of conduct as well as decides on policies.
§Management; breaks down the sustainability goals and prioritises the sustainability work as well as monitors and evaluates the development.
§Business units; establish their own sustainability goals in addition to the Group-wide ones and conduct sustainability initiatives.
§Employees; carry out sustainability initiatives and develop tools and processes that promote sustainability in the operations.
